Issue:
USBfn RNDIS KITL will not connect when booting from NAND based NK.bin image. Post flash based NK.bin, USBfn RNDIS KITL will connect fine. Subsequent reboots will not.

DVI enable pin needs to be remapped. This affects XLDR and EBOOT.

With GPIO change in XLDR and EBOOT, DVI is enabled.
On EBOOT startup, DVI display will stay locked for a period of time. After a while the display will start to flicker.
